We were debating whether or not to move forward with the process given all of the uncertainty with the COVID-19 virus, but are so unbelievably happy we did. No regrets! Brian, Alex, and the rest of the team are extremely professional, thorough, attentive, and precise with their work. They were also extremely careful and safe with “social distance” guidelines. They brilliantly repaired a permanent stain in the original hardwood – you can’t even tell there was one. The work speaks for itself. I recently purchased a 100 year old home and closed a couple days before Christmas. The prior owner had old carpets and pets that left many, many visible pet stains. The pet odor was noticeable and my primary goal was to remove the carpets immediately before my family moved in. The day I closed, I began pulling carpets, only to find stronger odors and deeper stains. I emailed the owner of the company, Brian Daigle, on Christmas night asking for an appointment and he responded within a few hours and came over my house the next day! His son and crew came to my house, sanded the floors, buffed the floors between each coating and have helped me restore the 100 year old original hardwoods! I always try to support family owned companies and I am thrilled that I found this company to help support my family as we move into our newly restored home. I honestly don’t know where to start. We recently moved into our home in Hebron – the Home was empty for at least 2 years and the Wide plank wood floors were in horrible shape . They were so bad I was too embarrassed for friends or family to see them. The floors were neglected for years so we were not expecting too much.
We also had a room with the oddest color purple carpet – it simply had to go. Brian was very helpful with his knowledge and recommendations so we contracted his company for a wood floor install and it came out picture perfect.
Brian -Alex and the rest of the crew transformed our floors beyond our wildest expectations. They are simply beautiful. I love being able to walk barefoot on our clean sparkling pristine floors.
